A few days ago on 25th of May 2023 my application to the Courts by way of an Appeal against a previous Judges court decision ordering that I should pay $110,000 Australian Dollars as security for the Governments Costs should I lose my case against them....was denied. This was an unfathomable decision given that the Government has unlimited means (using taxpayers money) and we have few. My legal team are now intent on taking this to a higher court, and we need your support to help to bring IPDIV to Trial. This follows seven years of Judicial wrangling as the Government has employed every tactic they can to extend the process and keep us out of court and keep the costs of a trial climbing beyond our capacity to keep in the fight. The Government also knows that as an individual the Government could not have sought this demand and they would then have had no recourse but to defend themselves in court which is obviously what the Government wants to avoid at all costs. We are going to appeal and take this to a higher court but the costs are beyond us and time has taken its toll. Seven years and several court processes and delays in judgements is an experience we can do without. So our only recourse really is to raise these funds and then there is no other tactic available and we can get to court - with your help. The Government is supposed to be a "model litigant". You be the judge. They are scared that truth will expose corruption and incompetence of the highest order within IPDIV following the termination of my company CPSAS contract with IPDIV out there in the Pacific. CPSAS was given less than a days notice after International Policy Division in Canberra (IPDIV) obtained CPSAS Operations Plans and then awarded a $64M AUD contract to an American Company which to this day is not certified as is required under the terms of the Contract. We could lay down and get shafted or we can fight. The American Company which to this day continues to operate without an Air Operating Certificate (AOC) has gone on to charge twice the hourly rate provided by CPSAS. This is our last chance to get justice not just for us but for all and our prayers and wishes are with everyone out there who has been a victim of Government malpractice. Help us if you can...We are using every means at our disposal to get us to trial... Regards to all Australians and supporters of justice within our system...
